Quality Control
Multi‑stage inspection and strict performance testing are implemented throughout manufacturing to eliminate defective products before delivery.
Graphite product testing
1. Ash and volatile matter: When burned in a muffle furnace to 850 degrees, the weight of the sample disappears and remains
2. Bending strength: Data measured using a digital bending strength testing machine
3. Compressive strength: Tested according to GB/T13465-I regulations and calculated using a formula
4. Carbon content: Ash content and volatile matter are measured through experiments and calculated
5. Porosity: experimentally measured using mass volume method or immersion medium method
6. Electrical resistivity: measured with an internal resistance meter HOKI, or indirectly measured with a DC power supply and multimeter (such as FLUKE45), and calculated
Carbonizer testing
1. Ash and volatile matter: When burned in a muffle furnace to 850 degrees, the weight of the sample disappears and remains
2. Sulfur content: directly measured using a carbon sulfur analyzer
3. Carbon content: Ash content and volatile matter are measured through experiments and calculated
4. Nitrogen content: Use a horizontal resistance furnace to high-temperature burn the carburizer sample, reduce the nitrogen in the carburizer to ammonia in a steam environment, and determine the nitrogen content using ultraviolet spectrophotometry in the presence of alkaline potassium persulfate
5. Particle size: In situ particle system analysis method
6. Absorption rate: Follow up tracking, provided by actual customer usage
7. Moisture: measured by a card type micro moisture analyzer
